What you'll do:

Your role is crucial, streamlining tasks from email and GDrive organization to rural land transactions and finance management. Key to success is your eagerness to fully transition into the Operations Leader role in the future. The CEO seeks a reliable right-hand person and is committed to investing in your development.

• Admin Tasks (30%): Handle business correspondence, transaction coordination, vendor communications, and document management. Attend meetings, manage meeting tools like Fireflies.ai, and ensure Google Drive organization. Manage team vacations, create and store procedural templates.
• Finance Management (15%): Perform bookkeeping, handle payroll, maintain service contracts, audit employee spending, manage reimbursements, and oversee accounts payable/receivable. Process payment requests and maintain vendor relations.
• Human Resources & Recruitment (20%): Assist in developing HR policies, conduct initial interviews, manage onboarding, coordinate first week schedules, oversee hiring/firing processes, and manage related correspondence.
• CEO Support (15%): Manage CEO's travel and personal schedules, ensure compliance with communication preferences, optimize travel using points, manage professional and personal inboxes, and handle personal finances.
• Miscellaneous Tasks (20%): Allocated time for unexpected tasks, supporting large projects, and working collaboratively with team members on various needs without exceeding professional capacity or uncompensated extra hours.
